The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$50,800to$69,850salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will bedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What you will do in this Role:
Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks safely and efficiently as advised by site supervision
Conveyor System Layout & Pre-Assembly: Plan and complete conveyor layouts, verify component fit, and pre-assemble conveyor sections for efficient on-site installation.
Header Steel, Platform, & Structural Steel InstallationLead installation of structural elements ,including header steel, platforms, and other steel frameworks to ensure mechanical systems are securely and accurately installed.
Take personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of others on-site
Conveyor Installation, Guardrail, & Rack Systems: Install conveyors, safety guardrails, and racking systems with attention to alignment, structural integrity, and operational efficiency.
Equipment Detailing & Run-In Activities: Perform detailed installation tasks,validatemechanical assemblies, and conduct initial run-in testing to confirm accurate function before commissioning.
Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel
Physically handle jobsite demands, including lifting at least 50lbs, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking across large construction sites in various climates and conditions
What weare lookingfor:
High School diploma or equivalent work experience; technical degree or specialized training preferred but notrequired
Minimum 2–5 years of experience installing and/ormaintainingconveyor or material handling equipment
Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States, using your personal vehicle
Coordinate daily work activities, assigning tasks andsupervisedaily progress
Conduct daily Tool Box talks, maintain safety documentation as well as Gensuite audits and ensure compliance with safety laws, site policies and company standards. Will need toacquireOSHA 30 certification upon hire.
Coordinate with internal project teams,GeneralContractorsand other trades
Ability to lead small to intermediate groups of teams composed of a diverse set of backgrounds and capabilities
Ability to detect and resolvetechnical issues with existing systemsand/orwork being performed
