What you will enjoy doing

• As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be part of the operational team onsite
• You will perform plant routine maintenance, attend to plant breakdowns, order equipment spares
• Manage contractors on site through Risk Assessments, Hazard Analysis and permit to work completion prior to carrying out work and depending on level of risk involved
• You will conduct daily plant walks, identify maintenance opportunities throughout operations and ensure compliance to all Linde standards and procedures
• Manage maintenance activities through SAP PM, logging of breakdowns
• Participate in Safety, health and environmental activities and meetings

What makes you great

• You possess a Matric certificate, and you have experience in compressed and liquifiable gases
• You are also qualified as a Mechanical Fitter Artisan win possession of a Red Seal Ticket
• You have knowledge and are trained on SAP PM
• You ideally have a Driver's License
• Forklift License will be an advantage
• You possess manual handling training certificate
