The chosen candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and maintaining mechanical components and machinery in line with technical specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems as specified in technical documentation.
• Perform installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and undertake necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices effectively and safely.
• Work closely with engineers and other personnel to ensure quality and compliance in mechanical operations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards throughout all tasks.

Requirements

• Trade certification or equivalent experience in mechanical fitting.
• Solid experience in mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient use of mechanical tools and precision instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
