️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Prepare & develop detailed mechanical estimates
Analyse drawings, specs & documents for accurate costing
Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients
Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations
Provide clear breakdowns of labour, materials & equipment
Support value engineering & project handovers
𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
️ Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator (education, hotel, or high-rise residential)
️ Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, pipework)
️ Ability to interpret drawings, tenders & technical docs
️ Excellent numerical & problem-solving skills

Familiarity with estimating software
CIBSE/MCIBSE accreditation (or working towards)
Ability to manage multiple tenders independently

We will manage the candidate onboarding until arrival in the UK and will arrange NMC App Fee, CTB, Medical EXAMINATION, TB Test, Travel insurance, and Training.
