
Job Title: Mechanical Estimator:
Department: Construction
Reports to: Director of Mechanical Construction
Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical/Design Education or equivalent Estimating experience
Field Experience in Project Management or Subcontractor
Developing and managing new and existing owner and general contractor relationships
Must be well organized with excellent written and oral communication
Must have working skills with MS Office including but not limited to Excel or Google Drive
Experience with Trimble is a plus
Ability to multitask and work with a team is a must
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, answer phones, type, and work on computer screen for extended periods of time
Standing, sitting, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and walking for extended periods of time
Other:
An individual must show a willingness to continue to develop skills in the HVAC/R trade as part of the continued learning process. Must show strong teamwork skills and also be capable of working independently.
