Due to a growing level of secured studies and projects, Lycopodium is looking for Mechanical Engineers (Level 1/Senior/Lead) to join our Brisbane team.

Reporting to the Manager Engineering- Brisbane, the Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for producing proficient and accurate design outputs that are fit for purpose and in alignment with Project and Study requirements.

The tasks you'll perform

• Providing proficient and accurate design input for the production of mechanical drawings.
• Maintaining the quality of output produced from the appointed discipline team to ensure deliverables are met to high-level of accuracy.
• Developing and monitoring the production of designs in accordance with Project, Client and regulatory standards.

The expertise you'll bring

• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, or the equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with Clients.
• EPCM experience working on Mineral Processing Plants or similar capital projects. Piping experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated sound knowledge in contract management and controls.
• High attention to detail and problem solving skill.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
