How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and develop engineering teams across specialized disciplines.

  • Drive engineering strategy aligned with product line and business goals.

  • Act as escalation point for complex technical and systemic issues.

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve critical technical matters and strengthen partnerships.

  • Guide capability building through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

  • Promote operational excellence in safety, productivity, and quality.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in an engineering leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of power transformers or related technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage complex projects.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
