This role will be part time during Fall and Spring 2024 and full time during Summer 2024.
Key Responsibilities
Clean Up / Update Product Data
Configure and build CAD models to assist in speedy decision-making on NPD projects
Develop test cases to validate Product Design and Software.
Support engineering projects by organizing parts for prototype builds and working with mechanics and model shops to build parts and assemblies.
Work with the design team in developing purchased parts specifications.
Attend company functions, lunch and learns, and networking events.
Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3.0 or higher GPA
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant coursework or previous internships are preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
Programming skills or experience preferred (Java / JavaScript / Regular Expressions / XML / VB
