Within P&WC, the Test Facilities Engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and adapting test cells for all engine families and their components to meet the demanding requirements of each engine test. Equipment commissioned by our technical crew is essential for engine certification and performance validation before delivery to customers.

The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods. The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
