We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D Mechanical Design team and support the realization of our Private Label hearing instrument products. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to help meet product performance, quality, launch schedule, and cost targets.
Align marketing requirements with Product Managers for Private Label hearing instrument products
Create and maintain BOM, 2D drawings, and 3D models using CAD tools
Work with the project team, manufacturing, and product managers on product acceptance and realization
Manage engineering changes and support production handover
Maintain catalog parts and provide engineering assessments to resolve technical issues, with proper documentation
Supervise and follow up on support activities such as trial runs and FA approval for timely processing of ECRs/ECOs.
University degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
1-2 years of experience designing plastic, metal, or rubber parts in product design, using CREO CAD modeling (2D/3D) or equivalent, including BOM creation
Good knowledge of plastic/metal/rubber part design and manufacturing processes
Experience working in inter-cultural or global teams
Good English communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production.
