Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D Mechanical Design team and support the realization of our Private Label hearing instrument products. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to help meet product performance, quality, launch schedule, and cost targets.

What you will do

  • Align marketing requirements with Product Managers for Private Label hearing instrument products

  • Create and maintain BOM, 2D drawings, and 3D models using CAD tools

  • Work with the project team, manufacturing, and product managers on product acceptance and realization

  • Manage engineering changes and support production handover

  • Maintain catalog parts and provide engineering assessments to resolve technical issues, with proper documentation

  • Supervise and follow up on support activities such as trial runs and FA approval for timely processing of ECRs/ECOs.

What you bring

  • University degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering

  • 1-2 years of experience designing plastic, metal, or rubber parts in product design, using CREO CAD modeling (2D/3D) or equivalent, including BOM creation

  • Good knowledge of plastic/metal/rubber part design and manufacturing processes

  • Experience working in inter-cultural or global teams

  • Good English communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production.
