Job Identification

We are looking for an Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect

  • ensure proper technical exploitation, uninterrupted operation of the electronics;
  • develop perspective and current working plans and schedules, maintenance and repair of equipment, measures to improve its exploitation and efficiency, prevent defects and shutdowns, improve the work quality;
  • take part in checking the technical state and accepting the electronics newly put into operation, learn and share the experience of mastering the new equipment and technologies with the maintenance staff;
  • take part in implementation of new technologies and coordinate the updating of the current electronics;
  • arrange and coordinate the maintenance of electronics, conduct preventive and current repairs;
  • control the assembly, repair and testing of electronics, ensure compliance with exploitation instructions and technical maintenance;
  • learn the working modes and exploitation conditions, develop exploitation and maintenance norms for electronics;
  • control on-time supply with spare parts and materials for the electronics;
  • follow the food safety requirements and notify the manager about problems regarding FSMS (food safety management system);
  • implement point 5 of the present Job Description, i.e. ‘Performance Indicators’.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate (degree in Engineering);
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an engineer at enterprises equipped with high-speed lines;
  • Intermediate level English;
  • Knowledge of HSE, occupational sanitation and fire safety rules and norms;
  • instructions, orders, rules, methodical and normative materials regarding exploitation and repair of electronics;
  • Knowledge of the technical and exploitation features, construction features, application and working modes of equipment, technical exploitation rules;
  • methods to develop perspective and current working plans (schedules) and terms of reporting on their completion;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
