We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Team here at AUEM. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering you will be working closely with the Operations, Quality and Supply Chain teams. You will be a proactive Mechanical Engineer who takes ownership of problems, drives solutions, and follows through to implementation. This is a hands-on role operating at the interface of engineering and operations.
You will be expected to independently investigate issues, develop practical solutions, align stakeholders, and execute improvements that deliver measurable impact.
This is not a purely design-focused position. Success in this role comes from action, accountability, and delivery.
