RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Documentation and standardization of onsite operation and inspection in decoration area.
  • Quick problem solving for onsite equipment issue including decoration line, oven, DMC, inkjet printer and so on.
  • Analyze and find the root cause of the problems in decoration area, solve them permanently by reliable and innovation proposals.
  • Improve the existed equipment and process or introduce the new process and equipment to improve the capability, increase the capacity and reduce the cost.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience

• BS/MS degree or above in Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Prefer following design abilities: Layout/component design and mechanism selection, Mechanical design of large-scale machine, independent design for large-scale automation projects.
• 5+ years’ experience on the position of Mechanical Engineer.
• Ability to independently create 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experiences in working with or supervising project teams.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Required Skills
• Ability to independently create 2D and 3D drawings.
• Mechanical design of large-scale machine, independent design for large-scale automation projects.
• Have fundamental understanding about common mechanical mechanisms: motion mechanism design, fluid, motor, pump, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
• Improve process capability with process/control engineers.
• Have cost reduction, yield improvement, capacity expansion and trouble-shooting experience.
• Rich troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills of mechanical issues.
• Has curiosity, loves to study, and the ability to continuously learn.
• Used structured problem-solving methods such as DMAIC,KT,DOE lead problem solving and process improvement.

Desired Skills

  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of equipment mechanical operations and control
  • Understanding of DMAIC, Lean and Six-Sigma methods and tools
  • Good oral and written communication skill, including in English
