The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems and machinery. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical failures, implementing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical design, equipment installation, and performance optimization.

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
  • Design and improve mechanical components and systems.
  • Develop technical specifications for new machinery and equipment purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support to production and operations teams.
  • Optimize equipment performance to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement energy-efficient solutions and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Train staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
