Purpose and Target

职位目标概要：

• Site service and mechanical trouble shooting
• Based in HCN Beijing
• 工作地点：北京

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

主要职责：

• Site installation supervision

现场安装督导

• Site investigation into mechanical issues and root cause analysis

现场机械问题调查及原因分析

• Process of site trouble shooting

现场问题处理工艺

• Responsible for technical proposal preparation, including dissembling, assembling procedures

制定技术方案及装配工艺

• Site service on mechanical work including site machining

机械问题现场技术服务及机加工

• Participate in machining process making

参与加工工艺的制定

• Organize internal and external technical meetings and be responsible for design coordination

主持技术讨论会，负责设计协调联络

• Generator site work including brazing, winding, laminating, corona erosion repairing, site pole repairing etc

发电机现场工作包括钎焊、下线、叠片、电腐蚀处理、磁极现场修复

• Organize and manage installation team to realize the maintenance and installation work in AH scope, and compile the requested technical documents

组织管理安装团队完成安德里茨合同范围内的现场检修安装工作并且编制相应的技术文档

• Support sales team in techincal field

在技术层面支持销售团队

• Othertasks assigned by the company

Education, Professional Experience and Qualification Requirements

学历、专业经验及资质要求

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical machine or equivalent
• 机械工程、电机专业 或相应专业学士学位
• Above 10 years working experience in installation of hydropower machines

拥有10 年以上水力发电设备安装工作经验

• Experience in leading at least one site installation work of a hydro turbine and generator

具备至少一次水轮机和发电机现场安装工作的领导经验

• Able to do root cause analysis on mechanical problems

能够对机械故障进行根本原因分析

• Knowledge in mechanical design and machining

具备机械设计和机械加工方面的知识

• Excellent in communication and coordination

具备出色的沟通与协调能力

• Site working experience is required.
• 具备现场工作经验
• Good spoken and written English
• 良好的英语口语和写作能力
• Experienced with Microsoft Office software
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office 等工作软件
• Willingness to travel
• 愿意出差
