How you’ll make an impact

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for power transformers using CAD tools
  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and stress analyses to optimize performance
  • Select materials based on durability, cost, and manufacturing requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Develop and execute testing procedures to validate designs and ensure quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical challenges across design and production phases
  • Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Participate in design reviews to enhance product and process outcomes
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Entry level or 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as Creo, AutoCAD, or Inventor
  • Solid understanding of core mechanical engineering principles
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
