Job Description

Our award-winning client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team.The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems for manufacturing equipment. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, CAD design, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed mechanical designs, including 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Manage and execute engineering projects, including estimating, scheduling, and documentation.
• Work closely with electrical engineers, production personnel, and quality assurance teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to mechanical designs and manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and fabrication.
• Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
