Job Description

We are looking for a technically skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and machine building. The ideal candidate combines hands-on design expertise with the ability to develop and review complex mechanical systems in an industrial environment.

Core responsibilities and required expertise

• Strong background in mechanical engineering and machine building, with the ability to design, develop and optimize mechanical assemblies and automated systems.
• Proven experience with 3D mechanical design, including the creation of detailed machine concepts, assemblies and production drawings.
• Excellent working knowledge of SolidWorks for mechanical design and Teamcenter for product data management and documentation control.
• Ability to interpret, review and validate 2D technical drawings, including a solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments, collaborating with electrical, software and manufacturing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, quality and manufacturability.
• Capable of independently managing technical tasks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and project teams.
