About the Role
As a Mechanical Engineer in our Implant Systems R&D team, you will be part of the mechanical hardware design of our sound processors and collaborate closely with electronics, industrial design, manufacturing, and suppliers. You will work throughout the development lifecycle—from early concept through verification and industrialization.
We are looking for an autonomous, hands‑on Mechanical Engineer who takes responsibility for their design area while enjoying close teamwork. You don’t need to be senior — but you should be skilled, independent, and eager to learn.

Supplier & Manufacturing Interfaces
You will collaborate with experienced suppliers specialized in Plastic molding, Painting and coating processes, Assembly technologies (manual and automated), Prototyping (rapid and production‑grade), Mechanical test facilities.
This requires an engineer who is comfortable discussing tolerances, materials, process constraints, and manufacturability directly with external partners.
