Job Description

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer Supervisor to oversee mechanical engineering operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with other departments, and manage day-to-day mechanical engineering activities on site or in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical engineers and technicians in project design, installation, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate mechanical engineering tasks to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Monitor mechanical system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design standards, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
