ECU mechanical components, product design and development
-Design new components and product per customer/TPM requirement.
-Create and get release for documents including drawings and specification
-Tolerance stack-up calculation and simulation
-Support A/B/C samples build and test
-Components verification and product validation(ME test, DV and PV)
-Continuous product cost optimization, like localization, VAVE
-Documentation of development results (CAD data, test specification, review protocols)
-Benchmark competitor's product to improve our own product
Quality support:
-Design quality for new product development
-Supplier components technical issue support
-Production process issue support
-Customer application issue support
-Support and implement changes according to process requirement
Collaboration:
-Respect the requirements of the SAG rules, regulations and compliance
-Collaborate with others to ensure smooth task accomplishment

- Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields such as mechanical/materials engineering
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in R&D positions in the automotive industry or more than 5 years in R&D positions
- Proficient in using Creo
- Proficient in English communication
- 全日制本科及以上学历,机械/材料工程等相关专业
- 2年以上汽车行业研发岗相关经验或3年以上制造业研发岗相关经验
- 熟练使用Creo
- 熟练的英语表达能力
