Position: Mechanical Designer [m/f/d] – Global Engineering Center

Location: Lodz (Aleksandrowska) / Cracow (Pawia)

(hybrid work model)

Your Impact:

  • Mechanical design of transformer components and preparation of technical documentation in accordance with customer specifications
  • Creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools
  • Managing assigned project execution and ensuring timely delivery of engineering solutions
  • Optimizing technical solutions within ongoing orders, considering both mechanical and electrical requirements
  • Collaborating with an international engineering team, manufacturing, and other stakeholders
  • Participating in project meetings and technical consultations
  • Supporting the implementation of new engineering solutions, technologies, and design improvements

Your Background:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Relevant experience in mechanical design using CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
  • Good command of English (daily work in an international environment)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independence, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Teamwork skills and good time management
