Job Description

  • Lead and execute applied research and development projects, driving innovation and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test prototypes, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Document and present research findings, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of ethical and professional conduct.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing efficiency.

Must-Have:

  • A strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for research and development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to approach challenges creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in diverse teams.
  • 3+ years of mechanical design experience in product development, validation, reliability, or manufacturing environments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in leading and managing research projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis, simulation, and prototyping.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a drive to stay updated with industry advancements.
  • A relevant engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
