Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Previous pump fitting and bearing assembly, valve rebuild experience
• Dogging / Rigging
• Good level of English proficiency Written and verbal
• Forklift (optional) and driving license
• Have good MS office skills
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Excellent management and people skills
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Be enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
• Foster and maintain positive workshop staff relationships
• Exhibit high attention to detail
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Technical aptitude for solving mechanical problems
• High-quality negotiation skills.
• Ability to liaise with all levels within the company and external providers.
• Desire to produce high-quality work within tight tolerances
• Problem-solving sk
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Developing/growing service business in Mongolia
• Developing service proposals
• Co-ordination of mechanical service work including scope development
• Previous experience in an industrial and mining workplace.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing practices.
