Mechanical Design Engineer 2 Positions

The permanent 1 position of Mechanical design salary 35,000-40,000 THB./month. Qualification 35-years of design machine automation system. 

Responsibilities

Design mechanical systems and equipment

• Analyze the needs, make calculation, and define the parameters necessary to the design.
• Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including safety standards, and ensure they are respected
• Develop concepts and select a solution in collaboration with the team
• Model plans, drawings and specifications for systems and equipment
• Search and select components and materials for the systems and equipment
• Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components
• Prepare the design and drawings of machine component
• Solve problems met in the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the team
• Conduct tests and trials
• Support the manufacturing team in the execution of the projects under way
• Improve the design according to Engineering Change Request and issue/control of Engineering Change Notice document.

Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and service teams

• Review and approve manufacturing work
• Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents
• Analyze the problems encountered by customers and make recommendations
• Solve technical problems at customers' site
• Evaluate the costs and deadlines relative to the design of the specifications requested by customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / mechatronic engineer (GPA 2.5 up)
• Age between 28-32 years old, Thai Nationality
• Having 3-8 years' experience in Machine Design and automation system
• Good knowledge in auto CAD, PLC and siemens will be advantage
