2. Low and medium voltage tuning filter capacitor complete equipment internal steel structure design;
3. Low and medium voltage tuning filter capacitor complete equipment internal copper busbar design;
4. Drafting and producing bidding technology, business documents, and system product technical agreements
5. Participate in the company's third-party development and business negotiation, provide technical support, and develop cost-effective alternatives.
6. According to customer needs, independently configure components and other design selection solutions to optimize the overall project cost.
7. Pre-sales: Connect with customer needs, arrange pre-sales measurement solutions for engineers, and produce measurement reports.
8. Production: Provide technical guidance on issues raised by the workshop during installation and commissioning.
9. After-sales: Arrange after-sales power supply and commissioning plan according to the project plan.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering;
2. Experience in low-voltage and medium-voltage tuned filter capacitor complete equipment, with at least five years of experience in complete product design and power quality management, and familiarity with GB, DL, IEC, and AS standards and regulations related to substation tuned filter equipment;
3. Proficiency in sheet metal structural design, with experience in the full-process delivery of over 1,000 high- and low-voltage capacitor complete equipment sets, both domestically and internationally;
4. Extensive practical experience in project operations, including site surveys, planning, design, implementation, and construction supervision, in retrofitting existing, obsolete cabinets;
5. Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo; and ability to perform structural analysis using SAP2000 (or similar software);
6. Intermediate-level and high- and low-voltage electrician certifications are a plus;
1. Develop connections within the electrical engineering industry, testing agencies, and certification bodies, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.
2. Gain access to a broad range of supplier resources, assisting with procurement and quality management, and developing supplier certifications.
3. Responsibilities include product development, project pre-sales support, design (sheet metal & electrical), electrical equipment production, quality assurance, warehouse management, and after-sales service, covering all areas beyond sales.
4. Must possess R&D capabilities, enabling the implementation of differentiated designs and process optimization based on customer needs.
5. Participate in all company-wide standardization efforts, including design and assembly standardization, and lead R&D efforts to optimize structural design.
