The Mechanical BIM Modeler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical building services in accordance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company standards. The role involves producing coordinated models, shop drawings, construction documentation, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
