Job Responsibilities

• Manpower management to manage team in Maintenance Shift support for operator 24/7.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance program and ensures the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume and OEE target requirement.
• Perform daily management following PDCA & SDCA principle
• Conduct weekly root cause analysis for machine breakdown and minimize down time via BDA.
• Summary machine breakdown via BDR (Breakdown report) and finding root cause with BDA (Breakdown analysis) using 4M analysis, why-why analysis and fish bone analysis.
• Perform machine breakdown versus actions to ensure that all roots cause was analyzed with actions verified.
• Initiates machine improvement and corrective action in the processing line and production process to eliminate or prevent repeated machine breakdown.
• Motivates personnel through periodic dialogue, counseling and coaching, recognition of exemplary performances and encouraging high-level performance.
• Take lead and perform quarterly machine inspection and yearly overhaul.
• Coach Technician work on shop floor to perform good performance and achieve AOP.
• Performs other tasks / duties in support company goals and objective
• Perform task assignment by Senior Engineers / Repair and Maintenance manager.
• Understand and communicate compliance requirements, risks, and best practices.
• Monitor compliance status and develop/recommend plans to close gaps.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or other related Engineering Profession.
• Working knowledge of CSD/NCB manufacturing process is advantage.
• Experience in Instrument field and PLC in advantage.
• Experience in Blowing, Filling in advantage.
• More advantage fort possesses technical knowledge in the following fields with at least 3 years’ experience: Mechanical Engineering Fields, Industrial process & control, and Packaging or manufacturing technology.
• Good understanding engineering tools such as MTTR, MTBF, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis.
• Good knowledge and computer skill such as MS-office, AutoCAD, MS-Project, etc.
• Good command of spoken, written English and Good communication in Thai as well.
• Good Leader Ship, and motivate with team work.
