Were on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Vehicle Mechanic to join a well-established, family-run garage in Walsall. This is your chance to work with a company that takes pride in providing excellent service and high-quality workmanship in a friendly and professional environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models, giving you a chance to apply your skills and continue growing as a mechanic. Your expertise will be essential in helping the garage maintain its reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

• No weekend work, giving you a great work-life balance.

Key Duties:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake checks, and MOT preparation.

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and best practices.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are informed and confident in the work being done on their vehicles.

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a mechanic, ideally in a busy garage setting.

• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues.

• A full UK driving licence.

• A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
