Under general supervision of the CCRI Manager, responsible for Mechanic assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair of Active and Passive Thermal Packaging systems. Conduct all warehouse activities related to shipment processing and assistance at CORE Labs testing activities.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and Repair Active and Passive Thermal Packaging systems including Mechanical, Refrigeration and Electronic parts, following internal procedures and standards.
Perform Mechanical assembling/repairing processes as Cutting, Gluing, Drilling, Fitting, Riveting and Painting of Plastic, Metal and Wooden parts, following internal procedures and standards.
Conduct all warehouse activities related to shipment processing
Responsible for stock levels of packing materials and auxiliaries
Organization and maintenance of the warehouse
To serve orders for packaging ancillaries by checking the MUP ancillary order, preparation of the ordered materials for shipping, TMS repositioning job creation,
Troubleshoot broken or malfunctioning packaging system, identify broken Mechanical or Electronic parts and create list of parts to be replaced/repaired.
Complete repair list form with estimated cost for repair to be provide to internal packaging owner.
Review quality of received parts and materials from providers for repairs and production.
Keep workshop production area and materials storage organized and cleaned.
Maintain tools in good state and organize maintenance of tools as needed.
Preparation of test materials for temperature testing at CORE Labs.
