Job Title: Aero Turbine Processor

Due to continued growth at StandardAero Cork, we are delighted to seek an Aero Turbine Processor for our Cork site ;

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receipt and identification of components

  • Chemical cleaning of components

  • Inspection procedures and processes

  • Welding of turbine components

  • Blending of turbine components

  • Operation of various machines/equipment i.e. EDM, CNC milling machines, surface grinders etc.

  • Completion of product process tasks in accordance in accordance with approved data (e.g., Opsheets, TPS,..)

  • Compliance with applicable quality system procedures (e.g., process control checks, reporting non-conformance, policies, safety statement, air cargo security, Radiation safety, Airworthiness requirements)

  • Recording of results of inspections, tests, control checks, batch/run numbers, work completed, to maintain a true record of work completed. Verifying and maintaining component identification

  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner and observing good human factors principles

  • Assist Lead Hands in achieving goals set

Person Specification

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

  • Good standard of education

  • Display acceptable aptitude in verbal & numeric skills & mechanical comprehension

  • Experience in an industrial environment is also an advantage
