The Role

We're seeking a qualified Mechanic to join our Bacchus Marsh workshop.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing our fleet of buses in a well-equipped workshop alongside an experienced and supportive team. Unlike many heavy vehicle workshops, our work is planned and preventative, allowing you to focus on quality workmanship rather than constant pressure and unrealistic deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing our fleet of buses
• Completing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Working collaboratively with a supportive workshop team
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Ordering parts and assisting with workshop organisation
• Keeping accurate maintenance records

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from qualified Heavy Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanics who are looking to take the next step in their career and upskill into the bus and transport industry. If you have solid mechanical experience, enjoy problem-solving and take pride in quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you. A strong focus on safety, reliability and teamwork is essential.

• A qualified Heavy Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanic with a desire to upskill and expand your experience in the bus and transport industry
• Strong mechanical knowledge and previous hands-on workshop experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanship
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A willingness to learn new systems, technologies and heavy cehicle diagnostics
