ABM is seeking a skilled Groundskeeping Mechanic to support operations at a facility in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing groundskeeping equipment and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay: $22.00 per hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on groundskeeping equipment including but not limited to lawn mowers, blowers, etc.,

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime

• Maintain and repair equipment as needed

• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies

• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure production uptime

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting equipment

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, etc.)
