Responsibilities Include:
• Bumper to Bumper Tractor and Trailer Repair
• Performing PMs and Tire Service (Dismount and Mount) on Trucks and Trailers
• Troubleshoot Problems on Diesel Engines, Transmissions, Clutches, Air Brakes, ABS Brakes, Air Systems and Electrical Problems
Qualifications and Skills:
• Be Able to Diagnose and Repair Tractors and Trailers
• Be Able to Work Independently and Efficiently
• Be Able to Work Overtime When Needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Must Have a High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of Hands-on Diesel Mechanic Experience
• Must Have Own Hand Tools
• Clean Driving Record
• Valid Driver’s License Required for Test Drives and Parts Runs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly rate range: $26.58-$33.37/hour.
• Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
• Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
