Job Description

  • Great hourly rate + Sign-on bonus + Overtime opportunities + Quarterly bonus + Laundry allowance
  • Permanent position with stability, Mandurah, WA
  • Work on a variety of heavy vehicles and equipment

The Opportunity

  • Carry out scheduled corrective & and preventative maintenance services
  • Work on trucks, trailers and heavy mobile equipment
  • Perform fault diagnostics to detect mechanical and electrical faults
  • Test drive and/or operate equipment to ensure repair has been completed correctly
  • Repair or replace defective parts on all heavy vehicles and equipment

About You

  • Experience as a Diesel Mechanic with a focus on training and mentoring
  • Certificate III Automotive-Mechanical-Heavy Vehicle Road Transport
  • Must have a team-focused attitude
  • Heavy Rigid license (as a minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines and related systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
