Job Location: Waccamaw Transport Company (Main office) - Selma, NC 27576
Salary Range: $29.00 - $31.50 Hourly

Job Shift: Day
Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades
- Vehicle maintenance including but not limited to: oil changes, tire changes, light repairs, brake adjustments
- Making repairs to tank trailers (Examples: Brake adjustments, replacing tires, repairing loading heads, hoses, etc)
- Adhere to all safety policies
- Complete and maintain vehicle files in accordance with FMCSA Regulations
- Maintain the shop and work areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to meet company goals and objectives

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a diesel mechanic environment or equivalent education
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis
- HazMat vehicle experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a team building environment
