AV&M has an extensive list of vineyard projects under management throughout South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. THE JOB:
Our fleet is the key to our success, and we want you to be a part of the incredible team that looks after it! You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of a wide range of agricultural machinery. Work will be a mix of workshop-based and in-field servicing across our vineyard sites. We’re seeking someone who enjoys problem-solving, is a team player, has mechanical experience with diagnostics and repairs and most importantly a good attitude.

Southern Premium Vineyards (SPV) owns and operates wine grape vineyards in Australia’s finest and most productive wine grape regions including the Barossa Valley, Clare and Limestone Coast regions of South Australia and the Riverina in New South Wales.
Established in 2021, SPV offers wine producers a grape supply solution for their wine grape sourcing as an alternative to owning or leasing vineyards. SPV is wholly owned by the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments)* and sits within its Natural Resources Group.
