Job Description
Job Location: TX-ESP-MIDLD - Midland, TX 79706
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and service units to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing, including preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
- Repair or replace defective components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Flowco safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable industry standards.
- Complete accurate service documentation, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and status updates clearly to supervisors and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School
- Technical Certification or Vocational training in Mechanics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant mechanical experience
