TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA / AKAUNTABILITI INDIVIDU
Merancang dan menyelaras kerja-kerja pembaikan & penyelenggaraan kenderaan, serta penggunaan peralatan bengkel.
Memastikan semua kerja pembaikan dilaksanakan mengikut prosedur, piawaian keselamatan dan arahan kerja yang ditetapkan.
Memantau prestasi dan kemajuan kerja pembaikan kenderaan di bengkel dan stesen luar
Melaksanakan operasi pembaikan bersama-sama pembantu mekanik serta memantau kerja-kerja yang dilakukan.
Memastikan semua dokumentasi bengkel diselenggara dengan teratur dan mematuhi keperluan audit serta kawalan dalaman.
Memaklumkan, memberi nasihat serta memastikan pelanggan memahami punca kerosakan kenderaan dan komponen atau alat ganti yang perlu diganti.
Memastikan pematuhan terhadap aspek keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan (Safety & Health) di bengkel.
Menjaga peralatan kerja, alat ganti dan kawasan bengkel supaya sentiasa berada dalam keadaan selamat, kemas dan teratur.
Menguatkuasakan serta menyokong pelaksanaan Amalan 5S secara berterusan di bengkel.
Membantu Ketua Unit Bengkel dalam pelaksanaan operasi pembaikan harian, pengurusan sumber serta penyelarasan kerja berkaitan.
Menjadi rujukan utama bagi hal-hal operasi, pembaikan dan penyelarasan kerja bengkel.
KELAYAKAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA
Memiliki Diploma Kejuruteraan Mekanikal (Automotif) atau
Memiliki Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) – Automotif, minimum Tahap 3 atau
Memilik pengalaman kerja terutama dalam bidang mekanik kenderaan (Kenderaan 4X4, Traktor, Lori – Satu kelebihan) melebihi > 5 tahun
