Lead the technical research breakthroughs，and architecture & process design of pressure & force sensor. /主导压力和力的传感技术研究突破，以及传感器的架构设计和工艺设计 Promoting the technical implementation and problem-solving of the NPI project of sensor development. /推进传感器 NPI项目的技术实现和问题解决 Lead competitive analysis of force sensor and load cell /主导压力传感器或称重传感器的竞品分 析 Actively engage in VOC activities with customers to define the key technical requests of NPI or RD projects. 积极与客户展开VOC活动来定义NPI或RD项目的产品关键技术要求 Provide related technical support for the operation and maintenance of mass-produced sensor products. /为量产的传感器产品的运维提供研发相关的技术支持

Sensor-related education background and Master degree is required, Doctor degree is a plus. / 传感器技术相关的教育背景，至少硕士学历，博士优先 At least 3 years work experience of sensor development. /至少 3 年传感器开发的工作经验 Deep understanding of different pressure & force sensing technologies and structural design. / 深度理解各种不同压力或力的传感原理技术，以及传感元件的结构设计 Good understanding of the principles, processes and methods of signal processing for sensors, as well as the hardware architecture. /理解传感器的信号处理的原理、流程和方法，以 及硬件架构 Deeply understand the various technical parameters of sensors, as well as the connections between specific designs and technical parameters. /深度理解传感器的各项技术参数，以及具 体设计和技术参数之间的关联 Good understanding of Material Mechanics. /具备材料力学的基本知识 Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong logical thinking ability. /良好的 沟通交际能力和较强的思维逻辑 Good understanding & mastering of 6-sigma knowledge & tools will be better. /了解和掌握 6 sigma 知识和工具者更佳
