We're looking for Colour Specialists to join our team and help launch our newest store.
Our Rouse Hill store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.
As a Colour Specialist, you'll inspire confidence through exceptional artistry, personalised consultations and expert product knowledge. You'll create memorable beauty experiences, build meaningful customer connections, and bring the MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Conducting makeup application services for customersfrom full glam to natural looks
Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helpingour customers to find the best products for their needs and making sureeveryone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
Work alongside your teamto deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store
What success looks like in this role:
Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours
Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips
Ability to deliver unforgettable moments forour customers that helpthem to feel amazing in their own skin
Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertiseto build the make-up category
An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude

If you're successful, you'll be placed into a tailored upskilling journey, with dedicated coaching, education and hands-on training to build your confidence in delivering MECCA's signature services and customer experiences before formally stepping into your Colour Specialist role.
