
The Role You Could Play
Join our MECCA Parramatta team the store’sOperations Manager where you’ll be responsible for the operationalprocesses that ensure the store isorganised, well presented and enables our customers to have a seamless and exceptional shopping experience.
With a passion and extensive experience to manage our stockand back-of-house operations, your responsibilities willbe to
Nurture and develop a team of Operations Specialists who are responsible for ensuring all operational procedures and visual merchandising standards are met
Lead, train and empower all team members on operational processes to ensure theyknow how to execute our operations to a high standard
Manage the end-to-end stock management process to ensure the store is always in an optimal stock position
Ensureour store is consistently meeting OH&S standards, keeping our team members and customers safe at all times
Manage the store’s entire inventory (live, non-line and collateral)
Lead all stock takes and analyse results to provide recommendations on how to improve both the process and our stock levels
Ensure the store’s compliance with Loss Prevention requirements, supporting our team members comfortability in applying these concepts on the floor
Manage and execute all visual merchandising of the store

Along with your passion for being a part of a positive, high energy environment, you will have:
Extensive experience in operations, with at least 2 yearsmanaging teams in a retail environment
Demonstrated ability and a passion for leading and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations
Strong stock and non-stock operations knowledge, with the ability to empower store teams to ensure effective and consistent operations across the store
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A meticulous attention to detail and passion for problem solving
Familiar with process optimisation (e.g. Lean) – highly desired
