And now, we're building something special at Chadstone – our existing MECCA Chadstone stores are coming together into one extraordinary new destination, and we’re looking for the team to help bring it to life.

MECCA Chadstone will be our most significant opening since MECCA Bourke Street. It’s a 2,000 sqm destination bringing the very best of beauty, wellness and expertise into a single immersive space. Think MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica with clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, Josh Wood Hair salon, plus more than 200 brands and over 50 services.

Step into the heart of our MECCA Chadstone as aConcierge, where you’ll drive customer loyalty and community engagementby creatingexceptional in-store experiences. The Concierge team is responsible for welcoming our customers into to store, creating connections, and championingexcellence across all aspects of customer experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

As a Concierge, you will work on full-timeor part-time basis.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, create authentic connections, handle complex queries, and manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Seamlessly connect customers to the wider team across all touchpoints and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Drive customer engagement and loyalty and contribute to store performance by understanding and supporting key KPIs.

  • Stay updated on local events and trends to enhance the customer journey.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple appointments in a high-paced retail or hospitality environment.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating across various touchpoints.

  • Experience handling complex interactions and maintaining composure under pressure, with proficiency in using digital platforms for service bookings and transactions.
