And now, we're building something special at Chadstone – our existing MECCA Chadstone stores are coming together into one extraordinary new destination, and we’re looking for the team to help bring it to life.

MECCA Chadstone will be our most significant opening since MECCA Bourke Street. It’s a 2,000 sqm destination bringing the very best of beauty, wellness and expertise into a single immersive space. Think MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica with clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, Josh Wood Hair salon, plus more than 200 brands and over 50 services.

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager and Assistant Clinic Manager in driving the overall performance and operational efficiency The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who has worked in a high paced work environment with a passion for skin. As the manager you will be responsible for driving performance of the space on the ground, as well as providing valuable insights and feedback to best inform future innovations in the skin space at MECCA.

You will be accountable for all aspects of its performance, growth, and operations. You champion our MECCA Values and embody our vision of making customers look and feel their best. 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Engaging and motivating your team to meet KPI’s and uphold our values

  • Driving success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring, and providing feedback to build a highly effective team.

  • Ensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

  • Supporting and enabling your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to every client

  • Driving efficiencies to achieve results and creating a positive team environment

  • Managing the performance of your team, including providing ongoing feedback and career conversations

  • Ongoing training and coaching of your team, inspiring and leading them to be experts in their field, so they can provide every client with the right solution

  • Working with key stakeholders including Marketing, Retail Operations and People & Education to ensure smooth operations and continual business development.

  • Building rapport and relationships with your customers

What You Will Bring 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership position within clinic, salon or retail environment.

  • An understanding of how to build, coach and grow high performing teams to always drive outstanding sales and a first-class customer experience

  • A passion for skin care, aesthetics and achieving great results through leading and developing a team across multiple locations.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail services and sales concepts.

  • A proven history of providing excellent customer service

  • A background in dermal and/or beauty therapy clinics is ideal but not a requirement.

  • Experience in providing high touch services.

  • Extensive knowledge of skin and skin treatments and a strong desire to learn and evolve with the industry

  • Dermal Diploma, Dermal Therapy/ Dermal Science Degree – Dermal Therapist

  • Knowledge and understanding in professional advanced skin treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Skin Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Needling, LED and more.
