Your Role

We're looking for a skilled meat cutter to join our team. Are you detail-oriented, a hard worker, and love to interact with people? Do you have, or would like to learn knife cutting skills, and work with power tools? Do you enjoy working with a positive team to achieve goals? How you’ll make an impact

No two days are ever the same! Here’s an idea of what you’ll do.

• Greet and speak to customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats for sale.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Ensure displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
• Weigh, package, label, price, and display products.
• Perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation controls.
• Unload deliveries or order pickups.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements

A few things you’ll need…

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Complete a pre-employment background check
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
• Maintain a current food worker card
• Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
