Goodwill serving Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania is hiring a Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our facility.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including restrooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, and exterior spaces
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and surfaces
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Use cleaning chemicals safely while following PPE requirements
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Basic janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Occasional kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching
• Regular lifting and moving of items up to
  50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
