We’re hiring a Donation Attendant for our Meadville, PA location! If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a mission-driven team, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet donors and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Accept, sort, and process incoming donations
  • Assist donors with unloading items safely
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation area
  • Follow safety procedures and Goodwill guidelines
  • Represent Goodwill’s mission in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service, retail, warehouse, or labor experience preferred (not required)
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with diverse customers and team members

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Frequent standing, bending, and walking
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
