Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
Assistsmanagers in implementing policies and procedures thatfacilitatethe administration, negotiation, and management ofbids and tendercontracts and service agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supports offer development andbids & tendercontractnegotiations, andadministers contracts under general supervision.
Directs workflow by coordinating pre-salesbids & tendercontract activities such as drafting requests for proposals,reviewingand evaluating bids, and preparing responses for due diligence requests.
Utilizes key performance indicators to evaluate pre-signature and post-signature contract administration and management processes.
Responsible fordelivery ofoperationaldeliverablesas well as ensuring achievement ofalignedgoalsset by leadershipwithin expected standards.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Required Minimum EducationBachelor’s Degree
Effective contract management ensures that all agreements are executed according to terms, mitigating risks and enhancing compliance.
Proficient office administration contributes to the smooth operation of daily activities,optimizingefficiencyand resource management.
Understanding regulatory compliance is critical for ensuring that all operations adhere to legal standards and industry regulations.
