Directly reporting to the MEA Business Development & Marketing Director, you will contribute in accelerating the deployment of all our growth projects, elevating our ability to monitor and deliver business excellence within the Middle East and Africa Region. You set up, execute and roll out cross functional projects from Commercial and Marketing to Innovation to Business Intelligence as well as M&A opportunity when necessary.

To succeed in your role, you will work closely with the sales, baking center and marketing teams at the regional and group level.

As Project manager, you will:

Define and execute projects governance:

  • Contribute to the definition of the roadmaps
  • Execute the implementation of the projects
  • Ensure the respect of deadlines, objectives, budget of the project as well as the client satisfaction
  • Coordinate the project teams, lead the project meetings and document the evolution of the projects
  • Communicate on the project to the stakeholders
  • Organize and contribute to the finalization of projects and ensure its validation with the business lines

Consolidate an MEA view and manage the follow up:

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the project follow-up and results clearly and concisely
  • Use the requested tool for project follow up
  • Organize steering committee
  • Follow up KPIs

Build bridges between Business developement & Marketing functions and MEA subregions:

  • Make sure the projects remain aligned with MEA business strategy
  • Create a project management leaders community
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs

Training & change management:

  • Contribute to communication among internal cross-functional teams Supports the development of training program for project management, including change management, communication plans and go-live support
  • Spread good practices within MEA region of project management
  • Participate in designing new processes

Qualifications

Graduated from business, engineering School or university, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial experience involving project management in a multinational company or experience in a strategic consultancy firm.

Technical skills

  • Portfolio management
  • Project management including content, technical and change management aspects within large and decentralized organizations
  • Results and clients oriented
  • Rigorous, strong analytical skills, synthesis and ability to grasp the big picture
  • Knowledge of B2B and/or industrial sector is a plus
  • Fully fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus

Soft skills

  • Ability to convince, influence and challenge in a positive way
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team in a project mode, notably in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work with autonomy and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and transversal manner
  • Good team player at ease in a multi-cultural and expertise team
