  • Seeking a Signals Analyst to support mission operations with a focus on Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT), performing advanced analysis of radio frequency (RF) signals to characterize, model, and interpret signal behavior
  • This role requires deep technical understanding of signal structures and parameters to enable accurate identification and exploitation of signals of interest
  • The analyst will contribute to mission-critical intelligence efforts and may support broader SIGINT disciplines, including COMINT and ELINT

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed RF signal analysis to identify, characterize, and model signal behavior
  • Analyze signal characteristics to determine signal structure, parameters, and modulation techniques
  • Develop analytic methodologies to support FISINT exploitation and signal discovery
  • Interpret and document signal data to support mission intelligence requirements
  • Support analysis across additional SIGINT disciplines, including Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), and PROFORMA reporting, as applicable
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission partners to refine signal analysis techniques and outputs
  • Contribute to the development of models and frameworks for understanding complex signal environments
  • Document findings, technical assessments, and analytic results

Required Qualifications

  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MD Customer)
  • Master’s Degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's Degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
  • Experience with RF signal analysis and signal characterization
  • Strong understanding of signal structure, parameters, and modulation techniques
  • Experience in FISINT analysis or related SIGINT disciplines
  • Ability to model and interpret signal behavior from collected data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with COMINT, ELINT, or PROFORMA reporting
  • Background in Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) environments
  • Completion of relevant training such as 452 or SIGE4810
  • Experience in Intelligence Community (IC) environments
  • Familiarity with advanced signal processing or analysis tools

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
